Welcome to the Official Website of the International Conference on Robotics and Smart Manufacturing - ICROSMA 2025. It will be held during 9th - 11th January,2025 at Calgary, Canada. ICROSMA 2025 is being organized by Canada Conference Board. The aim of the conference is to provide the platform for Students, Researchers and Academicians to share the knowledge and ideas in the recent trends in the field of Robotics and Smart Manufacturing.

ICROSMA will provide an excellent international forum for sharing knowledge and a result in Robotics and Smart Manufacturing. The aim of the Conference is to provide a platform to the researchers and practitioners from both academia as well as industry to meet the share cutting-edge development in the field.

The Proceeding will be archived in Digital Library.
Each Paper will be assigned Digital Object Identifier (DOI) from CROSSREF.
The Proceeding will be submitted to ISI Thomson for review and indexing.
The Proceedings will be published in International Journals with ISSN Numbers.

The primary goal of the conference is to promote research and developmental activities in Robotics and Smart Manufacturing. Another goal is to promote scientific information interchange between researchers, engineers, scientists, academicians, developers, students, and practitioners working in and around the world. The conference will be held every year to make it an ideal platform for people to share views and experiences in Robotics and Smart Manufacturing related areas. English is the official language of the conference. We welcome paper submissions. Prospective authors are invited to submit full (and original research) papers (which is NOT submitted/published/under consideration anywhere in other conferences/journal) in (doc only) format via email to eventsocraft@gmail.com

Visa

Who needs a visa to enter Canada?

Obtaining a Visa to enter Canada is the responsibility of the participants. We can assist you by issuing an invitation letter, however, we are not involved in the visa issuing process, this is solely the responsibility of the competent Canadian embassy or consulate.

Invitation letters will be issued for registered participants who fully paid the ICROSMA 2025 registration fees. You/your spouse must be registered participant/s to be considered for an invitation letter.

To avoid any delays, we encourage all those who need a visa to enter Canada, to register as early as possible and apply for the visa.

Citizens of certain countries and territories need a visa to visit or transit Canada. The following information is provided as a courtesy, but is subject to change:

BOOK YOUR FREE SHUTTLE RIDE!

There is no shuttle from the Calgary International Airport to the downtown core. If you are booking into one of the nearby hotels plan to book for FREE shuttle with our event team. When you purchase your conference registration just send us an email to include your FREE Shuttle to your registration. Then once you have your hotel and travel booked just email your hotel, Aircraft Carrier, Flight Number and Arrival time into Calgary and our team will welcome you at the airport.
